| We have found lots of interesting information about Allen Say from the DPS Author's Site. Often authors will write about the same themes or topics. They may use similar language or similar characters. They may even structure the books the same (using cartoon ballons, writing around an illustration, beginning a story with a funny question, etc.) Today we will discuss what we know about Allen Say and how it affects his writing. We will also predict what "How My Parents Learned to Eat" may be about. They I will read the book to you. |
